Anna Lilly: Middle School Ministry Director
Originally from Greensboro, Anna Lilly grew up at Westover Church. After completing an education degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Anna began volunteering with Westover's middle school ministry while also teaching 6th grade at a local school. Because of her passion for students and for ministry, Anna joined Westover's staff in 2015. Anna recently finished her Masters degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University.
She desires to see God work in the lives of more students during the very pivotal middle school years while students gain independence, wrestle with tough questions and learn what it means to walk with Jesus each day. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, spending time outdoors, and pulling for the Carolina Tarheels.
Colton Causey: Middle school Associate
Colton loves the outdoors, playing golf, and participating in various sports. He is currently working towards his undergraduate degree from Liberty University and plans to go to seminary following the completion of his degree. He has volunteered and served in various ministry areas, including as an intern at Westover Church. He feels the Lord is leading him into serving in youth ministry and his desire is to be a youth pastor one day!
Mary Beth Kirby: Middle/ high school Associate
After interning with Westover Kids for two summers, Mary Beth joined the Westover team in 2021 and splits her time between middle school and high school ministry.
Mary Beth is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Her and her husband, Daniel have been married since 2020. In her free time she enjoys being outside– hiking, swimming, and camping. She also enjoys rooting for her hometown team, the Chicago Cubs.
Caroline feary: Student Worship Associate
Caroline works closely with both the student ministry & worship teams, coordinating worship for our students, equipping volunteers and expanding efforts to engage Westover's body in worship. Caroline is originally from NC & obtained her undergrad (Music & Worship) as well as her graduate degree (Christian Ministry) from Liberty University. Caroline enjoys singing, movies, time with friends as well as time at the gym, but her absolute favorite thing is to helping people grow and develop as people and in their walk with Christ.
P.J. Harvey: Creative Media Director, Student Life
PJ works with all of student life developing the graphics and video that you see week in and week out, as well as all of our social media content. PJ has served in ministry since his 8th grade year, right here at Westover. Over the last 8 years he has served in various roles within Next Generation Ministries at Westover. PJ graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in 2009 and enrolled in Appalachian State University from which he earned a BS in History Education. He shares his life with his wife Renee. They welcomed their first child, Wesley, in August of 2021.
